Welcome to GlimmerGF: More Than Just Word (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and GlimmerGF ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or interacting with the App, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not consent to these terms, you must terminate usage and delete the App from your device immediately.
The App is an interactive digital entertainment application that provides users with:
Text-based interactions powered by automated Artificial Intelligence (AI) conversation agents.
Virtual collectible card mechanisms that unlock scripted or dynamic backstories, artwork, and narrative arcs.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App solely for private, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You explicitly understand, accept, and agree to the following nature of Generative AI services:
Automated Generation: All responses, statements, dialogues, and textual context delivered by the virtual entities within the App are generated dynamically by artificial intelligence algorithms. They do not reflect the intentions, beliefs, morality, or stances of the developers.
Inaccuracy and Hallucination: AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, misleading, factually incorrect, or fictional. You shall not rely on any AI-generated text as professional, legal, financial, emotional, or medical counsel.
No Real-world Relationships: The virtual characters represent fictional algorithms designed for roleplay simulation. Any emotional reciprocity simulated by the AI is artificial.
Google Play strictly regulates user interactions with AI. You represent and warrant that you will not input prompts, queries, or text strings that:
Depict, encourage, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or exploitation.
Promote hate speech, radicalization, harassment, defamation, systemic bullying, or violence against specific demographics.
Attempt to bypass application safety boundaries, "jailbreak" the underlying LLM, or manipulate the model to generate explicit or pornography-adjacent output.
Infringe upon third-party intellectual property, copyright, or trademark laws.
Violation Enforcement: We incorporate automated filtering utilities. If any user input triggers serious safety flags, we reserve the right to instantly terminate user access, restrict device IDs, and report systemic illegal behavior to law enforcement and platform regulators.
The App features an optional premium monetization layer allowing users to unlock specific virtual cards via Google Play’s official billing ecosystem.
Nature of Cards: Unlocked cards constitute intangible, digital entertainment licenses. They carry zero real-world value, cannot be converted into real currency, and cannot be traded outside the software boundaries.
Finality of Sale: All financial transactions executed within the Google Play interface are bound by Google Play's standard Terms of Purchase. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable by the developer, unless mandatory regional consumer protection laws state otherwise.
Loss of Progress: If you clear your device storage, lose your device, or uninstall the App, any local card-unlock progress may be permanently erased due to the absence of centralized user registration servers. We are not responsible for restoring localized progress.
Our Assets: The application code, system architecture, UI layout, character designs, textual logic, names, and original character concept artwork displayed within the App are the exclusive property of GlimmerGF.
User Inputs: You retain minimal operational rights over the exact prompts you author, but you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, global license to process those texts to deliver response materials inside the application loop.
AS IS Basis: THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Liability Ceiling: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLIMMERGF, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, OR PERSONAL EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE AI TEXT SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. We reserve the unequivocal right to sunset or terminate the service at any time without notice.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable regional frameworks. Any formal legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction.
